Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my visit truly delightful. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the March Air Force museum and the downtown Perris area. The rooms were spotless with no strange odors, and the on-site dining options were just excellent. The only minor downside was the size of the shower in the rooms, but everything else more than made up for it.
Staying at the hotel was an overall positive experience. The rooms at the back of the hotel were nice for the money, although the location behind the building where my room was located and the noise from the motor of the HVAC unit were a bit off-putting. The service, while closed to the public upon a machine eating my coins, was very helpful and courteous, standing out from other hotels I have stayed at around the country. The location, close to shops and restaurants, was great for our purposes, even if the breakfast area wasn't open. The dining experience, although not fancy, was satisfactory and convenient.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I stayed in, a king deluxe, had a strong smell of smoke and some cover-up scent that bothered me. The furniture looked old and worn out, and the TV was wall-mounted without any purpose. The service was a bit mixed; they weren't very friendly initially, but they did bring me towels and toiletries promptly upon request, which I appreciated. The location was convenient for my visit to the March Air Force museum, but it seemed a bit dirty inside and out. The dining experience was okay, not great, with limited options, but at least it was serviceable. Overall, it was an average experience at this hotel.
